There is no technical knowledge needed. As Voyageprint will set up your entire campaign for your organization. From accepting and processing the product purchases, to fulfilment. All you have to do is simply distribute the final items to parents.
When your campaign starts, Voyageprint provides daily and weekly reports providing your organization how much funds have been earned, whom has purchased, and where the campaign is earning from the most.
All our campaigns are backed by Voyageprint from start to finish. You are given a sole representative who will manage your campaign from our very first contact. We take pride in understanding the purpose and needs of your organization and delivering results.
Once your organization is approved, the very quick process of setting up your portal and getting promotional materials to you begins. We offer free signage that can be quickly put up in your facilities to show parents. Depending on the product, we will always provide the actual size, quality, and example of the campaign. All of the hosting, payment processing is done by Voyageprint with the exception of Cash payments by parents which are also an available option. While Voyageprint still hosts and manages the campaigns.
Voyageprint guarantees we will meet a campaigns deadline and ship all items with complete insurance. Voyageprint even covers half the shipping fees for every campaign.
Voyageprint sets the initial amount for an item which is well below our MSRP. Your organization then decides how much you want to charge for the items. Sign up to see the breakdown.
Voyageprint will provide payment to your organization in the form of check or digital payment using Stripe Connect or Zelle. Your payments are made on the completion of the campaign or every 30 days.
Campaigns can begin in as little as 48 hours once approved. Typical successful campaigns usually last between 2-3 weeks which gives your organization time to bring awareness to parents.
Each and every transaction is logged with Voyageprint and your organization is given a daily, weekly, and final report of all transactions.
While our typical campaigns are typically consolidated campaigns, we also offer ongoing campaigns as well. Your friendly Voyageprint representative can explain.
Your portal can equally include local sponsors within your area that will appear digitally or in print right along side your items for additional revenue streams.
